Information for Presenters
General Information
- Copying and printing facilities are not available at the workshop site. Please print and bring any documents you need (e.g., notes, posters). Presenters who wish to distribute handouts or other materials should prepare and bring their own copies. (Recommended: at least 50 copies)
- Internet connections are not available in the workshop venue.
Oral Presentations
- Length: 25 minutes (including Q&A)
- Presenters may use their own computers to display slideshows. Presenters are advised to check connections during the time before each oral session.
- Audio connection is possible for playing multimedia.
Poster Presentations
- Length of session: 100 minutes (presenters should remain at their poster for the duration)
- Presenters should put up their posters in the afternoon of the first day of the workshop (Sep 25th) or the morning of the second day and leave it posted until after the completion of the Poster Session
- Poster Size: A0 portrait (H1189mm x W841mm)
- Adhesive tape will be available for attaching posters to the displays.
